Features and Benefits
Why is it important?
The rational use of highly toxic products or those that cause residue problems in the final fruit is becoming increasingly important. The use of products that claim to have a “ASR” effect not only represents a saving in the amount of pesticides used but also reduces the chemical content of what we traditionally produce in a crop.
When is it used?
Situations where we seek to reduce the chemical load on a crop, either in applications with certain phytotoxic effects or where a certain tolerance range must be met.
Acquired systemic resistance is more widely accepted in biorational crops or crops where environmental and phytotoxic impact is a concern.
What results can be expected?
A plant with greater resistance to attack and proliferation of pests and diseases.
